OBITUARY
Mr. Victor Bernard Welborn
Mr. Victor Bernard Welborn affectionately called “Big Vic.” On October 2008 God saw fit to call Vic. Home to take his rest from a lengthy illness of congestive heart failure. Doctors called Vic a walking miracle because of the length of time that God allowed him to live with such an enlarged heart. Doctors said that it would not be possible. Mr. Victor Bernard Welborn was born in Sumter County, Georgia on December 27, 1971 to John and Edna Welborn. One brother, Michael Welborn preceded him in death.
In addiction to his parents, he is survived by three devoted sons Jamal Welborn, Markel Welborn, Victacious Welborn; one daughter, Ashley Welborn all of Americus. Georgia; four (4) sisters: Claudia (Darrell) Walters, Carla (Willie) Welborn all of Americus, Georgia, Ilene Welborn, Plains, Georgia, Cassandra Banks of Americus, Georgia; nine (9) brothers: Charles Welborn, John (Velma) Wellborn Jr. all of Americus, Georgia, Tellias Welborn, Preston, Georgia, Tommy (Latory) Welborn of Americus, Georgia Freddie Mullins, of Americus, Georgia, Eddie (Joane) Mullins, Henry Charles (Ruthie) Welborn both of Smithville, Georgia. Alfonza Banks, Calvin (Shanita) Banks both of Americus, Georgia; four (4) Aunts: Dorothy Jean Smith, Rochester, NY, Katie Seay, Jeanette Williams, Dorothy Seay, all of Americus, Georgia; two (2) Uncles: Clarence Smith, Rochester, NY, Joseph Williams, Plains, Georgia; Also a very devoted brother-in-law Darrell Walters that helped take care of Victor. Sister-in-law, Mrs. Latasha Welborn A devoted niece, Shadarrein Walters; Special devoted friends, Valerie Harrison, Sondra Franklin, Melissa Harvey, Kimberly Hutchins, Christopher Larkins, Ke-Ke Allen, Kendrell Willis, and Nellie Coleman. Several other relatives and friends also survive.
