Funeral Services For Ms. Angela Thornton  Saturday, July 11, 2009 10:30 A.M. Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Smithville, Georgia Rev. Timothy French, Officiating OBITUARY Angela Thornton was born on March 15, 1968 to the late Betsy Thornton and Joseph French, Sr. At an early age she joined Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She received her education in the public school system of Lee County. She departed this life on July 6, 2009. Angela leaves to cherish her memories: four sons, Jonathan Thornton, Alex Thornton, Eddie Reese, and Corey Thornton; one daughter, Lashala Reese; five grandchildren; one brother, Joseph (Mary) French, Jr. and one sister, Belinda (Johnny) Anderson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Angela was preceded in death by a devoted friend, Robert Clinkscale. Many helped support Angela during her life; whether in love, friendship, caring for her children, or simply being there when she needed them. A special thanks goes to Ruby Thornton and Nelly Harris, your unconditional love, friendship, and support was greatly appreciated
