Funeral Services For Mrs. Mary Lee Hayes

Calvin Rollins, Pastor Interment Eastview Cemetery Obituary Ms. Mary Lee Hayes was born on December 11, 1940 in Baxley, Georgia to the late George Allen Hayes and the late Minnie Lee Hayes. She was educated in the Appling County School System. As a homemaker she loved caring for her family and planting flowers. Ms. Hayes died on Monday, December 28, 2009 at the Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Left to cherish her memory are her four children: Mrs. Anna Marie Hayes (Sonny) Woods of Americus, Georgia, Steve Barron (Bobbie Jean), Valerie Denise Hayes and Deborah Ann Hayes all of Baxley, Georgia; eleven grandchildren including a devoted granddaughter Chaunda Hayes of Americus, Georgia; sixteen great grandchildren; several devoted friends including Johnny Cobb of Baxley, Georgia, Bobbi Woods, Robert McCoy, Geneva Woods, Ruby Woods, Annie Ruth Tookes and Elizabeth Harris all of Americus, Georgia: a devoted cousin Carolyn Holmes of Texas. Several other relatives and friends also survive.
