Cremation with Memorial Service
This service includes: the service of the funeral director and staff, professional staff and administrative staff for coordinating and directing the memorial service; preparing and filing of the necessary certificates and permits needed to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary (within city limits); refrigeration and sanitary care of the remains; use of the facilities for memorial service, or setup at a Church or other facilities; memorial book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, utility vehicle. This service does not include: embalming, other preparation of the remains (dressing, casketing, cosmetology); viewing or the use of the facilities for viewing; merchandise selected, such as, cremation container and cremation urn.
