Cathleen Ella Cook, 63, died Thursday, November 27, 2008, in Flagstaff, AZ
She was born October 3, 1945 in Chicago, IL to William and Iris (Lemeoux) Campbell
Cathleen was very well read, had a brilliant mind, loved her children to no end, loved music, and dancing, cooking and family holidays. She had the biggest heart was very caring of all; she was very generous and very committed to her community. Loved to laugh and spend time with her granddaughter, and haggle her husband Ron.
She is survived by her loving husband Ron Cook, Son, David Joseph Herbert, Daughters, Deborah Louise Garcia, Angela Garcia, Linda Joann Omand, and Jennifer Elena Herbert, brother, Raymond Teshara and sister, Martha Tershara and one granddaughter.
