Jerry Ellsworth, 60, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010.
He was born August 24, 1949 in Blackfoot, ID to Leone and Florence (Henscheid) Ellsworth.
Jerry volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul and for the Northern Arizona Book Festival.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pat Ellsworth, daughters; Clare Aslan (Austin) and Esther Ellsworth-Bowers (Tim), son Matt Ellsworth (Anne), sisters Marie Crouch and Jeanette Kotrason, brothers Ken Ellsworth and David Ellsworth and 5 grandchildren.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, sister Dorothy Hess and brother James Ellsworth.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Lozano’s Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth Street, memorial mass will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm at the Holy Trinity Newman Center, 520 W. Riordan Road, Flagstaff, AZ followed by a lunch reception.
